What to Include in Your Message
Rentals: dates, which vehicle, your hotel or hostel for delivery
Tours: the tour, your date, how many people, English or Spanish
Expeditions: the route or region, roughly when, how many days you have, group size
Custom trips: where you want to go and what you're into — we'll build it
How Booking & Payment Work
Fill up the form & our team will get back to you within hours
Message us. We confirm availability and the price for your group size.
Tours and expeditions: a 50% deposit holds your date. Balance in cash on the day.
Rentals: pay in full plus the cash deposit at handover.
Everything is in Mexican pesos, cash.
Response Time
During the season we usually answer within a few hours. If you don't hear back within a day, message again — it didn't come through.

Full refund 7+ days before a tour
50% refund 3–7 days before
No refund inside 72 hours

Common Questions
Where are you based?
Prol. Cuitláhuac 4, Barrio de la Merced, San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas — the entrance is around the back, on Calle Periodista Isauro Rossete. We also deliver rentals anywhere in town and pick up tour guests from their hotel or hostel.
Are tours in English?
Yes. Every guide speaks English and Spanish — tell us which you prefer when you book.
Do I need a license to rent?
A motorcycle licence for the motorcycles; a regular car licence is enough for the automatic scooter. You also need real riding experience for the motorcycles.
How do I pay?
Cash in Mexican pesos. Tour dates are held with a deposit in advance; rentals are paid in full plus a refundable cash deposit at handover.
Can you build a custom trip?
Yes — custom multi-day tours and motorcycle expeditions are a big part of what we do. Tell us the region and how long you have.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
Yes, depending on availability and destination.
